Our modern basalt processing plant features advanced multi-blade diamond block cutters, automated flaming lines, hydraulic bush-hammering, and CNC bridge saws, and professional surface texturing systems (for thermal flaming, honing, brushing, and bush-hammering). Maintaining tight dimension tolerances and strict quality control at each step, our skilled production teams process raw basalt blocks into premium pavers and tiles. This high-efficiency infrastructure allows us to deliver up to 3,000 m³ of finished basalt per month, meeting the high demands of massive commercial developments and international distributors.

We monitor thickness, squareness, and surface finish uniformity closely, ensuring that every container shipped meets ASTM and EN quality standards.
