PACKAGING SPECIFICATIONS

For international sea transport, we pack our basalt tiles, pavers, and cubic stones using high-strength, fumigated wooden crates that fully comply with ISPM-15 international standards. Our packaging workflow includes:

• Styrofoam Layering: Placing foam sheets between polished/honed layers to prevent friction scratch.
• Edge Protectors: Installing heavy-duty corner guards to shield against chipping.
• PET Strapping: Securing the wooden structures with high-tensile strength plastic bands.
• Rain Protection: Wrapping crates with waterproof plastic film to shield against moisture and seawater spray.

CONTAINER LOADING OPTIMIZATION

Our B2B logistics team optimizes the placement of wooden crates inside 20ft dry containers to match maximum payload limits at destination ports safely. Typically, we load 21 to 22 crates per 20ft container (approx. 27 tons gross cargo weight). Wood bracing and air bags are used to secure crates inside the container to prevent cargo shift during sea transit.

DELIVERY terms & Ports

We export basalt products on FOB, CIF, or CFR terms via main ports in Vietnam:

• Da Nang Port: Closest port for quick transit times from central Vietnam quarries.
• Hai Phong Port: Main port serving northern Vietnam shipping routes.
• Destinations: USA, Western Europe, Middle East, India, China, Japan, Korea.
